Kelly Rozwadowski is a multifaceted artist and educator based in Culpeper, Virginia, with expertise as an illustrator, portrait artist, painter, and aspiring teacher. She is the owner of K Art and Design, a creative venture inspired by her godmother, Great Aunt Kay. Kelly credits Aunt Kay, known for her endless projects and encouragement, with fostering her artistic passion. Summers spent crafting together at the shore planted the seeds for Kelly’s future in art and education.
With more than 20 years in the industry, Kelly remains dedicated to sharing her knowledge and creating opportunities for youth. Her vibrant and playful work, which includes original acrylic and watercolor paintings, is available on her Etsy shop and is designed to bring joy and color to any space. Kelly’s impressive credentials include a BFA in Graphic Design and an AAS in Illustration from the Rochester Institute of Technology, as well as certification as a Zentangle Teacher.
Her accolades include being named the 2008 Young Professional of the Year by the Culpeper County Chamber of Commerce. Kelly has also served as an ex officio board member for both the Chamber of Commerce and the Windmore Foundation for the Arts, where she was a past president
